How this website handles your data.

A plain summary of what happens to the information you send through this site, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

The essentials

The form sends your message to Zenith. We collect only what you type into it (name, company, CNPJ, e-mail, WhatsApp, the details of the operation and any files you attach) and use it to reply to you and to carry out the service you hire. If sending does not complete, the site tells you right away and offers other ways: try again, send it on WhatsApp or open your own e-mail app with the request filled in.

This site does not use tracking cookies or behaviour analytics tools. There is no visitor profiling, no advertising pixel. Your browser keeps only the draft of your quote request, on your own device, so you do not lose what you have filled in; it is deleted when the request is sent or when you start the sheet over.

Fonts and map hosted here: the text fonts and the map drawing are part of this site, so opening the pages sends no data to third parties. The address in the footer opens Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.

Hosting and storage: the site is hosted by HostGator. Your request is e-mailed by the site's own server, and a copy of the text is kept outside the public part of the site, available to Zenith only, for up to 6 months. Attached files go only in the e-mail.

What Zenith keeps is the data you sent yourself by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp (name, company, contact details and information about the operation), used to answer your request and to carry out the service you hire.

Sharing: operation data is shared only with those who need it to carry out the operation (carriers, freight forwarders, insurers, bonded facilities and the public bodies involved in clearance), and only to the extent the operation or the law requires.

Your rights: you can ask for confirmation that your data is processed, and for access, correction, anonymisation or deletion of your data. Send your request to zenith@zenithassessoria.com.br. Deletion respects the legal retention periods for tax and customs documents.
